Christians: is Harold Camping (who predicted the world would end May 21 2011) guilty of the sin of lying?

I imagine heaven and hell are as real as his predictions...|||Both. Unfortunately he is one of the false prophets that make christianity look bad and at best insane

Matthew 24:36

King James Version (KJV)

36.But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.|||I think he was deceived by his mind.

Matthew 24:36 But of that day and hour no one knoweth, not the angels of heaven, but the Father alone.

I don't know why these (end-of-the-world/Rapture) people don't take this passage literally. They should, if they take everything else that way.|||Look, I'm an atheist, but nothing drives me more insane than people bashing just for the sake of bashing. If you want to debate theists, come up with something real ... some valid point. Not some made up line that doesn't make sense anywhere but in your own head.

Lying isn't a sin. Geez.|||Chant: Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare, Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare, and be Happy!|||Leave the man alone he has given us so many "LAUGH AT ALL THE CHRISTIANS" days and we have another coming up for which we have already ot the beer in!|||Maybe. I stay out of the whole prediction controversies.|||...a prediction is not a statement of fact|||lets roast his body. I bet he is a chicken and turkey eater
